Michael Elcock

 

Writer, Traveller, Raconteur, Photographer. Michael's articles, non-fiction, fiction and audio books are published in Canada and in the UK. Born in Scotland he emigrated to British Columbia when he was twenty-one and worked in the woods, in the mills, as a ski instructor, and on commercial fishing boats up and down the west coast. After taking a university degree he was Athletic Director at the University of Victoria, later head of tourism for BC's capital region, and then a senior executive working on Spain's World Expo in Seville .
